Job Scope:

Data Centre Operation Management

1. Work with user (with/without vendor support) for any escorting/installation/decommission/replacement of IT Infra equipment hosted inside the Data Centre, ensuring compliance to Authority policies/processes and update relevant inventories accordingly.

2. Carry out periodic checks inside Data Centre, looking out for any:

a. Unreported IT Infra hardware fault

b. Environment issue to be addressed (e.g.: Faulty lighting, item obstructing airflow)

c. Abnormality status of facility system (e.g.: Air-con) and report it to Facility Management (FM)

d. Non-compliance

e. Collect power utilization statistic (if required)

3. Manage, procure and support provision of Data Centre equipment/systems, peripherals, spares, user documentations and technical manuals.

You will be working side by side with the network core team in ensuring network availability and serviceability for a secure, resilient and stable distributed environment. Your primary responsibility is to support and maintain the network access layer for our enterprise networks.
