• Lead backend architecture design, defining scope and optimising systems;
• Design functional flows and document critical requirements;
• Develop code and provide technical mentorship to team members;
• Resolve complex technical issues in a hands-on manner;
• Enforce best practices to ensure quality and security of code;
• Perform evaluations on existing systems to propose enhancements or mitigate risks;
• Work across functions and with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline;
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a technical role in backend development;
• Strong proficiency in multiple tech stacks;
• Hands-on experience in Agile software development;
• In-depth understanding of and experience in AWS;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience in various documentation tools;
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

The Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in an architectural practice with a variety of project experience
• Polytechnic Architectural Diploma or equivalent
• Good up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Planning and Building Regulations
• Good computer AutoCAD and 3D BIM softwares (Revit, Sketchup etc)
• Able to operate independently to prepare drawings for Authority submission, tender and construction purpose by using BIM and conventional AutoCAD softwares
• Able to take charge of relevant authorities’ submission

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Deliver expert support and comprehensive administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, ensuring a secure and reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently research, design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for the organization.
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, maintaining optimal availability, reliability, and performance.
• Continuously monitor system health; review, analyze, and test system performance.
• Conduct annual refresh for hardware, including endpoint devices and network equipment.
• Provide regular updates, perform backups, and restore data as needed.
• Work with internal teams to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.
• Document system configurations, processes, and create IT user guides.
• Deliver high-level support, working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve both onsite and offsite issues (including vessel support).
• Travel internationally to support vessel IT systems when vendors are unable to resolve issues remotely.
• Serve as the IT procurement officer, managing vendor relationships with excellent vendor management skills.
• Track and manage billing and subscriptions for SaaS applications and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Perform daily, monthly, and annual IT operational checks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Over 2 years of experience as L1 support in a mid- to large-sized enterprise.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with networking and firewall configurations is a plus, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

-Inspection and supervision of Architectural and building works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations.

-Inspect and conduct all required tests for the project.

-Preparation & issuance of site memos on bad workmanship & non-compliant works.

-As-built drawings checks.

-Monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.

-Observe and comply with site safety, submit all reports as directed, and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner

-Attend and witness all on-site testing of architectural works as required by the Client and authorities.

-Check that all architectural works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications and conform to all authority standards and requirements.

-Inspect the completed works and record all defects for rectification before handing them over to the Client.

-Others duties and responsibilities listed in project's contract.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must be registered with BCA/IES as Resident Technical Officer

-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Required Skill(s): Supervision of Architectural, building and construction works.

-Must attain certification in "BCSS" and "Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)".

Responsibilities:
