Mandatory Skills

• Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications
• Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
• Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
• Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus
• Exposure to banking industry is a plus

2. Transport is claimable - before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm) , after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)
3. Shift Timing
   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.
4. Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

- Provide Field IT Support to internal and corporate customers

- Perform Data Center IT equipment relocation, installation, troubleshooting and support

- Perform Office IT hardware, software, system installation, troubleshooting and support

- Manage in-house and customers' IT and related inventories

- Manage in-house IT storage warehouse

- Manage routine and ad-hoc customer equipment delivery logistics

Requirements

- Having Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.

- Passionate in Field IT Support, and Highly responsible.

- Good communications skills with customers, partners and colleagues

- Possess Class 3 driving license

- Physcially fit (Able to physically handle IT hardware equipment, like servers )

- Prior IT experience is NOT a must. On-job training will be provided.

Activities involve,

• To receive, review and process applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate

• To generate reports and handle internal enquiries relating to lead volumes and conversion rates
