Responsibilities

Operations Back Office Support (TM)

• Handle reports eg Infrared scanning, testing Maintenance
• Handle monthly schedule of quotation & invoicing
• Coordinate/liaise with Engineers
• Admin duties
• Any other ad-hoc job being assigned

Requirements

· ‘O” Level

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Good initiative and a good team player

· Good interpersonal skills

Working hours:

Mon-Friday 8.15 to 5.30pm

Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands

About the Job

You will oversee and implement the automotive connected service projects including planning, design, testing, and solution execution, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives. Other responsibilities as follow:

• Manage and support automotive solutions projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct solution testing, manage UAT issues, and provide post-implementation support for smooth operations.
• Oversee development lifecycle adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Support rollout of global/regional technical solutions to the SEA region.

Skills & Experiences Required

You will need min bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with min 3 years of working experience. Other requirements are as follow:

• Min 1 year of IT project management experience.
• 1 year of IT/Technical Solution System Development experience with strong SDLC knowledge.
• Familiar with any of the programming language e.g. Python, .NET or Java for code review.
• Strong analytical skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in IoT/connectivity device design and application API.
• Willingness to travel within SEA Region on a quarterly basis.

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Lab Support Executive (1 Year Contract) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)

Duties

• Manage regulatory matters with stakeholders like artwork copy experts.
• Enhance organizational quality and efficiency in work processes.
• Execute category-specific processes for regulatory compliant artworks.

Requirements

• Possess minimally a Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Lifescience / Biotech / Pharmacy / Food Tech related fields
• No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)
