As a Games Services, Support Services (Intern) at the World Aquatics Championships 2025 (WCH2025), you play a pivotal role supporting the Deputy Director and the team on planning and execution of Green and Sustainability. Your responsibilities include support of the development, collecting data and conduct sustainability research that contributes to the WCH2025's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the team in the planning and execution of Green and Sustainability initiatives.
• Support the development of the Sustainability Reports by assisting with write-ups, design and collating case studies.
• Assist in collecting data from different business functions, verifying and analyzing the data for reporting purposes.
• Conduct sustainability research on request.
• Support the Games Services team to plan, coordinate and execute procurement of services and products related to Support Services for the event.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Academic Background in Diploma/Degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
• Responsible and skilled with computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the aquatic sports industry is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed before and during the event, including weekends and public holidays.
