Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

1.The duties and responsibilities

1.1 Provide *device management ( *device – ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department ) of school-owned devices

1.2 Provide technical and applications support for users during school hours

1.3 Installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repair of devices.

1.4 Maintenance of tracking list (for e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet) to track the loan and return of devices.

1.5 Manage ICT inventory in the School

1.6 Manage Audio-Visual (AV) inventory in the School

1.7 Deliver and setup ICT devices/resources at the requested room/ area.

1.8 Assist and supervise ICT vendors during delivery of services or goods

1.9 Assist School Leaders, management or teachers for related ICT tasks.

1.10 Process paperwork (for e.g. Loan Form, ICT Request Form) and related ICT administrative tasks.

1.11 Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager and ICT Associate.

1.12 To support and work in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DEs) deployed in schools.

1.13 To assist in audio, projector and notebook setup during school programme and events

1.14 To assist in audio and video production when necessary

1.15 To assist in using video editing software or application when necessary

1.16 To conduct ICT baseline skills (Microsoft applications and Google applications), ICT related and video related trainings to students

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1、Possess a Diploma qualification in IT related field

2、Proficient in English Language – both written and spoken

3、Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

4、Possess working knowledge in Google Workspace applications

5、One (1) year of experience conducting enrichment workshops or equivalent activities in schools

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

One (1) year of experience as ICT Executive or equivalent role in a school setting

1、Possess troubleshooting knowledge of ICT device(s)

2、Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) related setup in a school setting

3、Experience in audio, video and production for school events

4、Ability to use video editing software and application

5、Registered under MOE’s Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0)

• Reception duties including handling of phone calls and taking down enquiries/messages.
• Perform administrative duties on registration of training courses, managing e-attendance via internal training system.
• Ordering and distribution of training course materials including managing of courseware inventory.
• Handling of online/physical class logistics during the start of class.
• Proctoring of computer-based exams and ensures that all test administration is carried out in compliance with relevant exam vendor’s policies, regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Feedback to building management on office related issues. E.g. aircon, lightings etc.
• General Admin duties - Including data entry, scanning, filing and extraction of reports of course attendances and evaluations.
• Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

The proposed personnel shall have minimum three (3) years of experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.

They shall have

experience in the supervision of segmental bridge

construction works. The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS and/or registered under Structural Steel Singapore Society as a Registered Steelwork Supervisor.

The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-seven (47) hours a week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, organize, and empower the Technical Services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance the roles and tasks within Technical Services to ensure maximum operational efficiency and to address the evolving needs of each portfolio.
• Spearhead initiatives to research and deploy state-of-the-art engineering solutions that optimize building operations, making them more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective.
• Serve as the go-to expert on M&E and HVAC/ACMV systems, advising on complex issues related to design, building defects, and asset transformation to meet both short-term and long-term asset management goals.
• Establish and continually refine engineering policies, procedures, and technical standards, ensuring they are in sync with both organizational goals and industry regulations.
• Work closely with in-house teams, consultants, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve building-related issues, encouraging creative and effective solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships, securing top-tier consultancy and contractor partnerships that add value to our projects.
• Oversee budget planning and management for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
• Identify and champion opportunities for process automation and other efficiency initiatives, implementing cost-saving measures that enhance asset performance across the portfolio.
• Provide high-level support to local teams in addressing urgent structural or mechanical issues, acting as a trusted problem solver in complex situations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years in building facilities management, project management, and fit-out projects, demonstrating a track record of success in complex environments.
• High level of expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with SAP experience as a plus.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is an asset.
• Strong ability to lead, plan, and communicate effectively, with demonstrated interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Experience with M&E requirements in various climates is beneficial, providing a global perspective on engineering needs.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and operations, tackling challenges with confidence and strategic insight.
