Position Summary:

This is for the Central Patch Management Service under the Systems Technologies which focuses on using BigFix for patch deployment, compliance, and reporting.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire operation and understands how to use the tools & reports.
• In charge of the BigFix infrastructure, including servers, relays, SQL and updating of the software infrastructure.
• Control access to BigFix components.
• Work with various process owners and teams to develop and implement proposed ideas and automate repeatable tasks related to patch management.
