• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.

The Structural Engineer assists the Project Manager in the supervision of all structural works in Project Site. Ensuring that works are carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and structural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Structural Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with client’s representative, subcontractor and other trade coordinators and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

• Responsible for performing and overseeing engineering design works related to civil and structural aspects of projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities. Manage communications and ensure project requirements are met.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

· Minimum Degree in mechanical / Electrical engineering/ Material Science with 5-10 years’ experience in automation and assembly processes. Preferably from Medical device / Pharmaceutical industries.

Relevant Experience:

· Familiarization with assembly process, automation, tooling & fixtures designs are desired.

· Experience in project management; as well as validation are preferred.

· Knowledge on Automation machine design and PLC programming.

· Working knowledge on cGMP manufacturing setting

Person Specification/Job Requirements
