Responsibilities:
Technical Support:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

• Scheduling field service technician involves creating an efficient plan to ensure that all service calls, maintenance tasks, urgent repair jobs are attended to in a timely manner.

Project Assistance:

• Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Workshop and Warehouse Assistance:

• Assist in setting up and arrange calibration of workshop equipment and tools.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines within workshop.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or issues.

General Support:

• Willing to travel as required to support off-site project, attend meeting or receive training.

Qualification:

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed production printers and enveloping equipment to meet production/work schedules and standards.
• Print, collate, sort and pack documents to sustain operational effectiveness.
• Replenish and order consumables such as paper, toner, and drum.
• Check print quality and perform regular maintenance work on printers and multifunction devices.
• Attend to machine problems i.e. clear paper jams, troubleshoot machines that are unable to print, copy or scan, and escalate unresolved cases to Service Engineers
• Collect, sort and despatch/distribute mail efficiently to ensure emails are received/sent on time and without loss.
