• Complete information and data in the ProlSO database and Project Management system to guarantee that project details are updated on a regular basis.
• Monitor, analyse, and share monthly sales data using the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) tool in your day-to-day job to help you meet your goals and plan new products and services.
• Periodically check the debtors' list, work with the finance department to guarantee fast invoicing, and, if necessary, follow up with customers on all past-due accounts to enable the timely collection and settlement of past-due debts.

• Providing 2nd/3rd level support to Network Services
• Problem resolution in customer network issues

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, performance, and data quality in the Spark-Elasticsearch integration
