● Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and expertise in at least one.

● Expertise in multiple data processing frameworks e.g. Spark, Beam, Flink etc.

● Expertise in at least one workflow orchestration tool e.g. Airflow.

● Expertise in multiple messaging queues e.g. Kafka or PubSub.

Senior Software Test Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure processes used for system testing are adequate and appropriate.
• Develop manual test procedures.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that Leica Microsystems products meet (and exceed) end user expectations.
• Develop and maintain software system and user acceptance tests and scripts based on product requirements.
• Procure, create and manage test data required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or master’s in engineering or science. Good knowledge of methods for software - verification. Good knowledge of at least one high-level language (programming language). User knowledge of automatic testing tools.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies preferably Scrum or other agile methodologies, and software test methodologies.

1. Sales Submission and Data Management

• Checking of submission documents based on regulatory and internal guidelines to assess the status of submission & perform the necessary follow-up
