Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer engagements: Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver engagements to enterprise customers that are both technically deep and inspirational. These include strategic alignment and envisioning sessions, architecture design sessions, and building of rapid prototypes, and hackathons. You take a holistic view to leverage capabilities across the entire Microsoft cloud platform. You will work with account teams and other technical folks across Microsoft to maximize customer benefit and accelerate deals success.
• Solution design: Using your technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills and our methodology to win a customer’s technical decision to use Microsoft solutions and cloud services to transform their business.
• Set vision: You will use your passion for customer experience and technical depth to craft for customers an inspiring digital vision, across all Microsoft workloads, as well as deeper engagement in your core technology specialism. You will make this digital vision real using the architecture skills of you and your peers to provide a complete solution.
• Build strategy: You will map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns, removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment. You will work with the customer, wider account team resources and our partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.You should be an expert in Azure application, data, and AI architecture, capable of synthesizing business and technical requirements into cohesive solutions. This includes app modernization (microservices, serverless, container architectures), infrastructure transformation (cloud migration, networking), and edge/IoT strategies (including edge compute, digital twin), all while ensuring governance, security, and compliance. You should also be conversant and familiar with the latest trends driving digital transformation including generative AI, machine learning, analytics, and modern data architecture.
  
  As a technical leader, your expertise in cloud-native development is essential, and you'll be guiding decision-makers through designing and implementing industry-relevant use cases that solve their important problems.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.

Responsibilities:

· Execute field service activities per Company procedures and general practices of safety and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Responsibilities and Tasks
• Provide engineering study is to include good design practice for state-of-the-art system designs, system capacity and capability analysis, planning for future requirements, as well as code compliance.
• Maintain engineering data bases in support of capacity tracking, capital equipment facilitation, and cash flow project management for assigned systems/areas.
• Provide support for start-up of new equipment and ensure that all equipment will properly interface to other mechanical and electrical systems.
• Specify critical components for design projects and is responsible for assuring designs meet all applicable codes and regulations. The applicable code review and analysis utilizing (but not limited to): IFC, IBC, NEC, NFPA, FM, CGA and Semi standards. This requires continual review and analysis of new and existing equipment, applications, and technology.
• Perform engineering study on emerging facilities technologies to support cutting edge semiconductor processes.
• Participate in mid to long term infrastructure planning for facilities in support of the overall company plan.
• Work with in-house TGCM contractor and ensure chemical and Gas Delivery system running smoothly.
• Review and improve Operation and Maintenance SOP and RA.
• Respond to system issues. Perform Trouble Shooting with in-house TGCM contactors and OEMs.
• Verify all works done by Chemical and Gas section are in accordance with company safety guidelines;

Purpose: Responsible for establishing process steps to produce in-house-made parts and meet customer expectations concerning quality, lead time, cost, and technological needs. Process Engineer drives improvements in process methods to enhance performance and output.
