Paid Acquisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. This role is responsible for designing portions of engineering solutions, developing and implementing parameters and test plans, and conducting feasibility studies. The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, build, and test mechanical components. Responsibilities
• Designs portions of engineering solutions for mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.
• Develops and implements parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, developing fan curves, system power measurements & acoustics.
• Conducts feasibility studies, design margin and validation analyses and empirical testing on new and modified designs.
• Performs root cause analysis of defects, propose, evaluate and implement solutions.
• Works in a collaborative environment to design, analyze, build and test mechanical components, devices, structures and assemblies, including mechanical ground support equipment.
• Participates as a member of project team of other mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderate to complex products.
