Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in OutSystems to join our team on a significant project. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with best practices. The Technical Architect will work closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a robust, reliable solution tailored to the project’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Platform Installation and Configuration: Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.

Project Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration: Partner with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.

Version Upgrades: Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong focus on technical architecture, version upgrades, and migrations. Not just a developer—must have in-depth OutSystems architecture experience.

OutSystems Platform: Installation, Version Upgrades

OutSystems Architecture: Cloud Migration, Security, and DevOps

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proficiency with LifeTime and managing applications/environments using the tool (bonus).
• Demonstrated success in leading at least one OutSystems platform version upgrade.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working on projects or in the public sector is preferred.
• Certifications: Certification in OutSystems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project including progress control, quality control, variation/ cost control, safety control, environmental control etc;
• Report any critical and/ or major issues to SOR/Assistant to SOR proposing possible solutions;
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/ or interfacing issues;
• Keep and maintain proper, detailed and updated site records on progress of work;
• Monitor and properly record inspection of different architectural trades;
• Assist Consultants/Clients in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site;
• Conduct in progress inspections to ensure that work carried out complies with quality, standards and requirements;
• Ensure that all installation methods and materials used are in accordance with contract specifications and drawings;
• Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works;
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants;
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural Studies from tertiary institution and National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS);
• At least 5 years of relevant site experience as a Resident Technical Officer with extensive architectural and interior design supervision, of which 3-5 years of experience preferably in architectural works for healthcare projects;
• Fully conversant with statutory regulations and codes for site supervision, quality control procedures construction administration of progress reports;
• Self-motivated, proactive and team player.

-Overall responsible for all operations components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

-Responsible for the development and implementation of business plan and medium-long term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectives to ensure that meet business targets and drive sustainable profitable growth.

-Ensure that operational standards are met and maintain and develop high standards of operations, with up-to-date beauty-related techniques and products.

-Participate in Marketing activities to ensure maximum business exposure.

-Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brand standards, visible operational leadership, and hands-on interaction with guests and team members.

Job Experiences and Requirements:
