- Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (got night shift allowance at $14/night) Entitled to OT
- Location: CBD Area
Responsibilities:
- The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities.
- Conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control
Requirements:
- 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage. -
- No experience is welcome to apply (on job Training) -
