• Run and manage day to day reception duties
• Assist veterinarians with their patient's treatments and client enquiries
• Monitor anaesthesia and assist in surgical procedures
• Run laboratory tests and interpret results
• Perform treatment procedures for hospitalised patients
• Assist in conducting of diagnostic imaging
• Perform ad-hoc relevant administrative duties
• Upkeep stock and conduct stock take
• Maintainence of general cleanliness of the clinic

There is a requirement of minimum of 5 years relevant job experience. Please see our junior veterinary techinician/receptionist jobs if otherwise.

1.Perform scheduled maintenance for BMS / Security System / ELV System at the customer’s site

2.Troubleshoot and repair works on the equipment or system that has broken down

3.Carry out A&A works

4.Provide technical and engineering supports

5.To co-ordinate with relevant parties to ensure the works are carried out smoothly and in proper manners

6.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1.ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics Engineering

2.Candidates without experience will be considered

3.Experience in one or more of the following fields will be an added advantage:

· Building Management System

· Building Automation System

· PLC System

· Security / Access Control / CCTV System

4.Able to work overtime when is necessary

5.Responsible and positive attitudes

• Maintain and service aircon for residential and commercial building.
• Installs, tests and commissions air conditioner systems
• Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls
• Troubleshooting and rectify the problem on-site
• Diagnose and repair of the air-conditioning system
• Prepare service reports for every completed job
• Others ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Perform daily Air-con Servicing, repair aircon system in commercial, industrials and residential
• Trouble shooting
• Aircon installation in commercial industrials and residential building. (Wall Mounted , Ducted, Ceiling Cassette etc...)
• Site Meeting if required

Requirement

• Able to communication
• With Class 3 Driving License (more Advantage) / Without Driving license also welcome
• Self motivate team player with positive attitude
• Normal working hrs Monday - Saturday (Sunday will need overtime depend site condition)
