Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AVL Technician/Manager to oversee our audio, visual, and lighting needs for events and productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup & Operation: Manage setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Event Coordination: Work with organizers to meet AVL requirements.
- Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and repair of AVL systems.
- System Design: Design and implement AVL solutions for events.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Audio Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in AVL operations. 2 years in management for AVL Managers applicants
- Skills: Proficiency in AVL equipment, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays alike.
