The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems approved by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD). This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain security and communication systems, including CCTV Systems, Door Access Control, Intercoms, LPRs, and Security Robotics Solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues with security and communication systems
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers
• Conduct testing, configuration, and commissioning of security and communication systems
• Document all work performed, including installation details, maintenance records, and troubleshooting steps

• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
