• Whenever a new merchant signs up for CubePay's digital payment service(s), you are required to help the merchant get started, from training, guiding, installing, setting up, and upgrading payment terminal devices - hardware, device software, and related networks.
• You will be on standby to respond to merchants requesting on-site technical support.
• You will be required to make scheduled visits to merchants to troubleshoot, and solve their technical problems, as and when required.
• Finally, you will be required to send your service reports so we can continue to monitor and improve the quality of our customer support.

The Candidate

• You must have at least an ITE NITEC vocational qualification, its equivalent, and/or higher.
