JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in refrigeration or HVAC is preferred. Candidates must possess N Level or equivalent.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field utilities detection to detect existing utilities as per the plan.
2. Report to Utilities Manager on a regular basis.
3. Identify and resolve system failures and perform preventive maintenance.
4. Work closely with utilities agencies to provide updates on progress at construction sites, utilities damages, or unknown services.
5. Liaise and coordinate between the construction team on excavation works, detection work, and reinstatement work near underground or utilities services.

This is a full time role for a Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor) located in Kranji. Our clients are headquartered in the USA and established as the global key leader in the Semiconductor industry. You will be following the daily preventive maintenance schedule, managing the arrangement and logistics of new and old parts, and preparing and maintaining PM jigs and tools. Key tasks involve performing preventive maintenance on robots, such as cleaning and greasing parts, and replacing sensors, motors, and motor drivers. The role also requires the installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, and heater jackets. Additionally, the individual will assist tool owner engineers with technical activities like troubleshooting, modifications, installations, and de-installations in the fabrication area. Support for 6S practices, including parts cleaning, organization, labeling, and housekeeping, is also a significant part of the job.
