JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in refrigeration or HVAC is preferred. Candidates must possess N Level or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience servicing and repairing industrial refrigeration systems is required.
• Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, components, and best practices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Service Industrial Refrigeration Systems: Perform routine maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

Repair and Install Industrial Refrigeration Systems: Address any issues with existing systems and install new refrigeration systems as needed.

Respond to Ad-hoc Complaints: Efficiently attend to and resolve unexpected issues reported by customers.

Coordinate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with Coordinators, Supervisors, and Engineers regarding complaints and scheduled work orders.

Collect Payments: Handle the collection of payments for all Cash on Delivery (COD) and Work Orders (WO).

Advise Customers: Provide expert advice to customers on service contracts, necessary repairs, and system replacements.

Maintain Company Vehicle: Take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the company van/lorry.

Drive Company Vehicle: Operate the company van/lorry to transport equipment and materials to various job sites.

Ryobi G is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field utilities detection, identifying and resolving system failures, liaising with construction teams, and compiling data on utility process units.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field utilities detection to detect existing utilities as per the plan.
2. Report to Utilities Manager on a regular basis.
3. Identify and resolve system failures and perform preventive maintenance.
4. Work closely with utilities agencies to provide updates on progress at construction sites, utilities damages, or unknown services.
5. Liaise and coordinate between the construction team on excavation works, detection work, and reinstatement work near underground or utilities services.
6. Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency, and energy and material usage.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in construction supervision and familiarity with cable detection works would be an advantage.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Ability to operate Radio Detection Underground Detector would be an advantage.
4. Educational Qualification or certification; Not compulsory but will be an advantage to have either of the following:

• Diploma in a construction-related course or
• Certification of courses related to Utilities detection, such as a Registered Earthwork Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and proper maintenance of security equipment and systems such as CCTV cameras, monitors and recorders, intruder alarms, motion detectors, glass break sensors, access control readers and controllers, public address system, fire alarm system and others.
• Conduct first level of troubleshooting and repair of security equipment.
• Assist in performing onboarding and offboarding of staff, change details request and CCTV playback as part of Operation’s investigation procedure.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in engineering or security related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in security systems installation and maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Dynamic and detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
