Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technical Specialist located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff and you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. It also requires coordinating site work with sub-contractors and customers, as well as providing on-site support for systems testing, commissioning, and client training, both locally and overseas. Maintenance Technician

5 Day (Mon – Fri): 8am-5.30pm + OT

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in electrical installation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and electrical maintenance preferred.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building Maintenance) located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. • To assemble and integrate modules, sub-modules or systems based on the assigned blueprint specifications, routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams etc.
• To build, develop, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, sub-assemblies and components.
• Performs examinations on the assemblies, sub-assemblies and components with test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps for potential defects.
• Carries out audit on the components to ensure availability for assembly, test and repair.

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in any related Engineering field
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable to work in clean room environment and wear jumpsuit.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
