An IoT Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting IoT devices such as Facial Recognition (FR), smart cameras, sensors, network devices, industrial IoT sensors and equipment. REQUIREMENTS:

· ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the hoist and crane industry (mandatory)

· Ability to independently repair and troubleshoot pneumatic/electric hoists and electric overhead travelling cranes

· Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required

· A proactive, can-do attitude, strong multitasking abilities, self-motivation, commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
