Construction Site Enviroment

You will assist in the preparation, distribution and inventory management of pharmaceuticals according to standard procedures. This includes packing, dispensing as well as replenishment of drug supplies. You will also be required to perform periodic stock counts and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course;
• Able to perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays;
• Highly motivated team player with good communication skills; and
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior position.

As an IT Technican, your scope includes Microsoft environment imaging, setup deployment to user, troubleshooting and post deployment support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inventory tracking and job details recording
• Plan and schedule job with end users
• Responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance (ie. system backup, apply latest system patches, software upgrades and hardware troubleshooting).
• Provide daily progress update
• Ensure organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls

Job Requirement

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 1year experience with general desktop support.
• Relevant experience will be considered with training provided.
• Microsoft Certified Technology Associate is preferred.
• Possesses good and effective verbal communication skills.
• Possesses sound technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of general desktop hardware features, including PC-BIOS, Secure Boot, Boot from external devices, and Security settings.
• Ability to install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot Windows client.
• Ability to install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot device drivers and software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of Technical team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the serviceability of all systems and equipment at ICC 1 & 2

• Be technically proficient in all aspects of maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting the full range of ICC systems and equipment (e.g. warehouse systems, material handling and automation systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging and - inspection machines, washing machines, waste management systems, etc.) and other technical related knowledge

• Manage, perform and ensure all maintenance activities and repair works are timely followthrough according to the assignment, maintenance schedule, procedures, checklists, manufacturer recommendation and completed within the timeframe

• Manage, perform and ensure all technical purchase requisition of spare parts, contracts and services are in accordance to the Company policies and follow-through to support the maintenance activities

• Manage, communicate and work professionally with all stakeholders to minimize systems and equipment downtime

• Be proactive in resolving technical faults, contributing initiatives and continuous improvements

• Always observe and follow all Safe Work Procedures and Food Safety requirements

• Always ensure Safe Work environment by housekeeping of all work areas and report any safety hazards immediately

• Perform and support other relevant duties and projects assignments if required

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant work exp required.

• Education requirement - Degree (MYS) & Diploma (Local)

• Computer-literate and competent in using Microsoft office/outlook, SAP application and IT devices

• Competent in using industrial workshop equipment and welding tools

• Competent in reading technical drawings, documentation and conversant in English and/or Multilinguial/Mandarin

Requirements:

• Able and willing to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required

Compensation:

• Diploma - $2800 and above

• Shift allowance (average $240) and OT

• Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight

FM Technician Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of installations, fixtures and fittings, equipment, common facilities and property to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working condition.
2. Undertake minor building, mechanical and electrical repair works, and handyman works (such as changing of light bulbs, reset drawer locks, etc).
3. Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown, or fault detected during routine check, servicing and maintenance.
4. Daily, weekly and monthly inspection of key facilities, systems and critical areas.
5. Coordinate and supervise the rectification of defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works carried out by contractors.
6. Supervise contractors/vendors performing maintenance works on building facilities (e.g. Building maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical systems (M&E), horticulture, cleaning, pest control etc).
7. Monitor utilities consumption by taking water and electricity meter readings and report out of normal consumptions.
8. Assist in fire safety management, emergencies and business continuity plan for the Authority’s premise.
9. Liaise with Authority’s employees on projects and maintenance works and ensure compliance with fire, health and safety standards.
10. Coordinate and work with audio and visual equipment and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues including seating arrangements and equipment.
11. Update information databases and breakdown record for engineering systems.
12. Any other facilities management works or related works that arise from the building operations and need.

Job Qualifications

1. At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in building operation and maintenance of building facilities.
2. The technicians shall hold minimum a NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
3. Additional experience in electrical system, uninterruptible power supply, generators, FM200, fire alarm, sprinkler, high voltage and low voltage switchboards will be an advantage.
4. Additional qualifications such as Electrical Worker License/Singapore Certified Energy Manager (Associate)/Green Mark Facilities Manager will be an added advantage.
