Runs an efficient and profitable service department through produtive staffing , customer retention ,cost controls , acheivement of objectives , and maintenance of all service records.

Ensures that the daily inventory of techincians's time is consistently sold to service customer.

Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.

Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

Directs and schedules the activies of all department employees.

• To provide electrical and technical support to the operations team in various work settings
• To be able to support safety aspect of electrical and renovation works in all residential and commericial settings
• To be able to read and understand electrical drawings (SLD, as-build drawings, 3D, Instrumentation etc.)
• To be able to install and repair electrical components such as wirings, systems, fixtures, pipings, conduits, circuit breakers etc
• To lead a team consisting of other general workers and electricians
• Able to ensure proper housekeeping and safety at all times (Incl. in storage/office area)
• Good communication with workers and management required

• Setup and commissioning of copiers and software solutions at customer's premises
• Provide technical support, and attend to monthly servicing and maintenance of copiers and printers
• Troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts and consumables
• Attend to ad-hoc service and repair calls
• Indoor parts fabrication
• Maintain proper documentation for record purposes
• Guide customer on how to operate copier machines
• Liaise with customer on servicing details and provide professional advice
• Preferably with basic knowledge of printer service tools handling and printer software
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills
• Willing to travel island-wide
