Our main branch is located in Bedok which is a 24h emergency practice.

At this branch we have a good first opinion caseloads and general health checks which is the best place to build up good rapport with clients. At the Balestier branch, despite having a higher caseload for first opinion patients, we do occasionally get referral cases. Also, we see a variety of species which can range from dogs and cats to small furries and birds as well. On a monthly basis, we do organize clinical rounds to benefit both vets and nurses to continue brushing up our knowledge and to grow as a clinic to provide high standards of care.

Aside from the interesting caseloads, our friendly boss and surgeon has a Membership in Small Animal Surgery. He has a high surgical caseload that covers most soft tissue, oncology and orthopaedic cases. This is the perfect opportunity to impart some of his skills as he loves inspiring young minds. On top of that, internal referral to our 24h branch is fairly straightforward, and you will be able to easily track the progress of your patient between the branch. Also, this can be a good opportunity to progress towards the emergency branch if you would like to challenge yourself further (subjected to approval). We are a firm believer that continual education is fundamental, and we do financially provide for CE programs that you have chosen to participate in. Lastly, we are introducing an induction program for new vets joining our team, to allow your transition into working with us as smooth and comfortable as possible.

• Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.
• Applying artificial nails
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatment.
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
• Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.
• Providing quality hand and foot massages.
• Experience working as a nail technician.
• In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
• The ability to work over-time and weekend.
• Detail-oriented and patient.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese (required to attend to Japanese clients)
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as;

- Carry out inspections and provide inputs to the planning and execution Building Improvement Works

- Provide technical evaluation, monitor and ensure work completion in accordance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and relevant governmental requirements

- Liaise, schedule and supervise all maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts Maintain the operational, safe and efficient operation of the M&E systems covering the following key systems & equipment.

- Plan preventive works schedule, conduct and supervise inspections of building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works

- Procure service contracts and ad hoc repair/replacement parts and equipment’s

- Conduct system audit and scheduled after hours inspection on security services and lighting

- Manage and attend to residents' requests, feedbacks and response their request promptly

Qualification / Education Required

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years in facility management / relevant experience in MCST

- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Strong client engagement skills, and customer orientation

- Able to work with tight deadlines and handle pressure

- Able to work independently as well as in a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
