Job Responsibilities:

- Replaces or repairs worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

2. Aerospace Technician (A&C Base)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform C and D heavy maintenance tasks and other tasks requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor.
- Inspect and examine aircraft components, for leaks, cracks or defects
- Read and utilize drawings, maintenance breaks or other issues manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments
- Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of power plant and aircraft components
- Perform daily and weekly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions and missing segments
- Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the authority.
- Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
- Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts
3. Aircraft Technician (Sheetmetal)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform minor and major maintenance checks, such as removal and installation of access panels, inspection of areas prone to corrosion
- Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition.
- Replace or make repairs to skins and structural component of aircraft as required using approved manuals, drawings and tools.
- Performed critical maintenance tasks such as structural repair or fabrication on metal parts.
- Inspect structural frames such as stringer, bulkhead, spars, wing, movable control surfaces and perform corrosive prevention control on skin and aircraft structures.
4. Aerospace Technician (Avionics)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and testing of avionics systems.
- Carry out electrical component changes.
- Assist engineers in trouble-shooting and rectification
- Assist in installing and testing of avionics communications equipment.
- Ensure that newly installed systems and those that have been repaired meet requirements mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration and specifications set by aircraft manufacturers.
- Participate in designing, purchasing, testing and calibrating avionic systems such as computer and electronic communication panels.
- Inspecting and testing the complex electrical and computer systems that allow aircraft to function.
- Oversee airplane's radar system, radio communications equipment and the flight controls.
- Removal, assemble and install electrical components, and keep detailed written records of repair work performed on aircraft. (E.g. Main Battery, Emergency Battery, Starter Generator, ACW Generator, GCU, BPCU, etc.)
- Removal and installation of engine and propeller electronic controls.
- Performs components changes, tests, and adjustments on aircraft electrical avionics systems consistent with the quality standards.
5. Aerospace Technician (Cabin)
Job Responsibilities:
- Removing and cleaning carpets, wiping windows, changing curtains, removing waste from seats, cleaning lights, changing a& moving passenger seats, cleaning electrical equipment, maintaining and repairing airplane cabins, performing laboratory cleaning and replenishing activities, performing floor vacuuming, cleaning seat pockets, luggage storage area, etc.
- Changing lighting systems and repairing entertainment systems, seat electrical system, etc.
- Perform the task of removing and cleaning curtains, discarding waste from the seats and adjusting bulkheads.
- Maintenance and repairing of seats, sidewall liners, overhead compartment and lavatory condition.
- Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, etc.
- Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
- Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operate fleet.
6. Aerospace Technician (Machining)
Job Responsibilities:
- Using precision engineering machines (for example CNC) to make aircraft metal tools and parts.
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
- Loading raw materials into the machine.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the Aircraft Part/Component manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final Aircraft Product.
- Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the aviation industry as a full fledge technician
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically and electrically trained on aircraft systems
- Exposure on commercial aircrafts from Boeing and Airbus, wide and narrow bodied airframe
- Able to commit rotating shifts
