The Talent

MAIN FUNCTIONS

· Dismantling of parts from the PM assemblies and pack to send to external vendor for cleaning

· Perform assemblies cleaning in chemical hoods

· Cleaning of ceramic insulators using chemical (10/90 IPA) and Carbolite Oven.

· Cleaning of metal parts using chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water

· Collection of cleaned PM parts from receiving dock and Assemblies rebuild

· Sorting and packaging of cleaned and used parts

· Disposal of scrapped parts, solvent and acid waste

· Cleaning of trolleys, ovens and metal racks

· Preparation and delivery of parts to fab environment and warehouse and perform monthly PM on chemical hoods

· Checking inventory, Packing of items into boxes and housekeeping of work area

Administrative tasks:

· Update daily activities in tracking system

· Create/update parts information in parts tracking system

· Prepare shipping document

· Housekeeping of Rebuild room
