• Locate sources of problems by observing and listening to mechanical devices in operation.
• Maintain documentation of performance of preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages and other documentation
• Ensure a safe working environment and perform maintenance in a safe manner

Requirements:

• Min intermediate Vocational Education in maintenance, hardware repair or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Experience in Lean Principles warehousing.
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS a plus
• Able to identify basic network components and perform fiber and cabling handling
• Ability to rapidly learn Standard Work Instructions (training and job shadowing to be provided)
• Physically fit to carry heavy goods
• Willing to work shift hours when required

We are seeking for Technicians/Engineers to join a leading HVAC equipment manufacturer with over 30 years of industry presence in Singapore.

Location: Kembangan
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm & Sat, 8am to 3pm
Salary: Basic $2800 to $3500, depending on experience

Job scope:
- Work closely with the team to manufacture industrial chillers, including refrigeration system assembly, electrical wiring, and temperature control setup.
- Assess the final product's performance, reliability, and safety.
- Perform diagnosis, testing, repair, and overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of chillers.
- Deliver and install chillers and components at customer sites.

Requirements:
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline
- Able to use AutoCAD to create 2D drawings
- Class 3 license would be advantageous

Our clients are headquartered in the USA and established as the global key leader in the Semiconductor industry. You will be following the daily preventive maintenance schedule, managing the arrangement and logistics of new and old parts, and preparing and maintaining PM jigs and tools. Key tasks involve performing preventive maintenance on robots, such as cleaning and greasing parts, and replacing sensors, motors, and motor drivers. The role also requires the installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, and heater jackets. Additionally, the individual will assist tool owner engineers with technical activities like troubleshooting, modifications, installations, and de-installations in the fabrication area. Support for 6S practices, including parts cleaning, organization, labeling, and housekeeping, is also a significant part of the job.

Qualifications:
