WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist with all Tier 0/1 and executive events around the globe.
• Operate and maintain streaming equipment.
• Book captioning and downlink facilities and remotely access and operate relevant equipment.
• Ensure technical success for all Live broadcasts.
• Be comfortable with Videon, WOWZA and AWS cloud streaming products and be able to assist with SRT, RIST, and ZIXI.
• Setup, integrate, and operate Live streaming equipment in video production environments.
• Interface and coordinate with technical producers and event managers.
• Mark up venue drawings with tech requirements (i.e. Power, Cabling, Projectors, Screens, etc.).
• Assist in the execution of action items for various internal projects.
• Provide consultation to internal customers for upcoming Lives.
• Assist internal customers in vendor selection, sourcing and management.
• Act as surrogate when team members are unable to attend meetings due to travel or other engagements.
• Remotely support onsite (and other) production teams to produce public Live streams.
• Develop and contribute to SOP (standard operating procedure) material and documentation around all aspects of streaming.
• Responsible for producing metrics to support the service.
• Implement and troubleshoot all aspects of signal flow in venue spaces.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 3+ Years’ Experience in Live Streaming
• 3+ Years Experience in an Event Production Role
• Familiarity with Videon, Wowza & AWS Cloud
• Travel when required

Ship Repair Engineer

Job scopes:

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of afloat repairs, load testing & inspection services on ships in Singapore and the region.
• Assist Service Manager in handling the company’s field service operations, in technical, operational and commercial matters
• Prepare quotations, costing for invoice, tools & equipment lists and procurement of parts.
• Manage and coordinate service job execution.
• Liaise with our customers, such as Ship Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyards, Agents and others
• Manage the tools & equipment which are kept at our warehouse. Send for recertification periodically as required.
