Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential clients who can benefit from the product offerings
• Traveling to meet with prospective clients, both locally and internationally
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers

• Generating price quotes for clients
• Engaging in negotiations to secure sales agreements while agreeing on terms and conditions
• Providing post-sales assistance and support services
• Managing client accounts and their associated administrative tasks

• Compiling and presenting reports to the corporate headquarters
• Consistently meeting predetermined sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Preferably minimum 2 years sales experience
• Knowledge in gas control and analysis equipment in vacuum process (RGA, Manometer, Gas concentration monitor, MFC, MFM) preferred
• Preferably minimum 1 years working experience in cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
• Able to do after office hour support
• Customer focused and oriented
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated, mature, hard working and able to work under pressure

Job Purpose

To be part of the Project Management Team (PMT) for work monitoring and coordination of project at Changi Airport Station (CGA).

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To supervise and monitor the Contractor’s work to ensure effective delivery in the implementation of the contracted scope approved by LTA and complies with SMRT policies.

2. To ensure the execution of project is in accordance to the approved schedule.

3. To respond to urgent requests for troubleshooting/rectification due to Contractor’s works, round the clock; and follow up the necessary actions to ensure safety, reliability and operations are not affected.

4. To ensure on-time delivery that may be impacted by on-site bad weather and conditions.

5. To attend to public and client feedbacks from ongoing site works due to proximity to public and visitors

6. To ensure proper coordination with Contractors, Changi Airport Group, SMRT Station Ops and/or External stakeholders on safe delivery of materials to site to avoid any injuries and damage to property.

Qualifications and Work Experience

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering Discipline with 4 years of working experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports, detailing the completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
• Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
• Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfill this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• MS Office suite, AutoCAD, or project management software.
• Office based position, training will be provided by Senior Report Engineer.
