Your team:

You’ll be working within UBS AG in a team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our award-winning Mobile Banking application. Your expertise:

• minimum of 8+years of IT experience and should have strong IOS projects experience as a lead

What the role is

The Development Control and Licensing Division (DCLD) ensures that environmental considerations are factored into land use planning and development control of new developments, and that the proposed developments are in compliance with environment health and pollution control requirements. DCLD also processes NEA licences, which covers areas such as radiation protection, pollution control, waste management, public cleansing, vector control and fumigation.

What you will be working on

You will be part of a team that carries out environmental planning and control so that environmental factors are being incorporated for proposed developments/projects to safeguard the environment. Your primary duties will include the following:

• Evaluate and process development control plans, building plans, and detailed plans (including application of Building Information Modelling to submissions), as well as ensure that environmental factors and related considerations (i.e. preventive and mitigation measures) are being incorporated in the design of the proposed developments
• Evaluate and process reports and technical studies related to environmental impacts on air, water and noise pollution.
• Evaluate and process pollution control studies, noise assessments, site specific impact assessments and climate change adaptation reports.
• Use modelling tools for air dispersion modelling, noise modelling and quantitative risk assessment to establish environmental impact and risks associated with the developments

About This Role:-

Reporting to the Head of Application, you will engage in the software development lifecycle that shapes the AsiaNext exchanges. • Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, with a focus on GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native tools.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GitOps practices, including Git, GitLab, or GitHub, for continuous delivery and deployment.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automating infrastructure provisioning.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies, with experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their native services for infrastructure provisioning, management, and monitoring.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.Knowledge of infrastructure and application security practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, are desirable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, lead, coordinate and execute product development activities in blood management products, such blood bag products.
• Pursue set & defined goals & targets.
• Identify scope, application, projected market potential and price target.
• Define project approach & strategy.
• Identify critical success factors as benchmarks & constrains to overcome.
• Project budgeting & control.
• Manage and co-ordinate design projects with various departments, customers and supplier.
• Managing project schedule & timeline.
• Perform biological assessment to support material changes.
• Provide regular update to management on progress of projects.
• Preparation of Biological Evaluation Plan (BEP) and Biological Evaluation Report (BER).
• Design, review and implement biocompatibility evaluations including biological testing, chemical characterization and Biological Risk Assessments (BRA) to comply ISO 10993.
• Biocompatibility sections in regulatory submission (Technical files, Design dossier, Clinical
• Evaluation Report (CERs).
• Maintaining up-to-date product standards compliance, technical file & design history file.
• Establish and carry out design verification test (Type Testing, Biocompatibility, etc).
• Perform designated equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Establish new SOP for test methodology.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Section Head.

WORKING HOURS:

• 5 days work week, Day shifts.
• 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

• You will be working in the production centre and cleanroom environment
• Understanding electrical/mechanical diagrams and drawings
• Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of Tools and Equipment
• In-charge of setting up and calibration of equipment/machines/tools.

Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics or any Engineering related studies
• Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance
