Responsibilities:
Manage integration services to ensure accurate configurations, seamless migrations, and optimized customer value within 12 months.
- Define integration strategies aligned with contracts to ensure customer value delivery.
- Prepare and validate configurations, scripts, and test cases for accurate execution.
- Perform troubleshooting, corrective actions, or escalate issues to ensure delivery quality.
- Execute integration and migration tasks per process frameworks and contractual terms.
- Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and higher-quality integration activities.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in network integration or migration projects.
Skills/Requirement:
- Strong experience in integration, migration, and testing processes within telecom environments.
- Proficiency in using tools like PCI, NeoLoad, NetAct, NetCracker, JIRA, Trello, TestRail and HP Quality Centre.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, configure, and validate scripts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Team management experience with a focus on mentoring and process enhancements.
