• Maintain and update Excel control lists for car sales and purchase records.
• Generate invoices for sold vehicles.
• Handle payments for direct purchases of used cars.
• Manage vehicle processes such as number retention, replacement, ownership transfers, and deregistration.
• Process customer refunds for overpayments and payments for direct car purchases.
• Prepare and compile LTA purple forms for submission.
• Record bank deposits, credit card, and Nets transactions.
