Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our dynamic team. The Corporate Secretary plays a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements while supporting clients and senior management in achieving effective corporate governance. 1. Board Support and Governance
