Job Description

· Actively develop new prospects and maintained existing business accounts

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company products and services to clients

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients’ need

· Preparation of proposal and quotations in a timely manner

· Closes profitable business that supports business objectives

· Record monthly sales and analyse the business trends, planning for new strategies

· Sales coordination with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment from customers

· Respond to customer enquiries

· Offering effective solutions and support to clients by leveraging on our Company capabilities and resources

· Work closely with all departments to ensure order fulfilment from customers

Requirements

· Min Diploma with 1 year relevant experience in the related field will be an advantage (Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for full set accounts, reconciliation reports.

2.Ensure prompt year end and month-end closings.

3.Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reporting.

4.Prepare and update tax and audit schedules.

5.Able to generate monthly P & L report for management review.

6.Good knowledge for MYOB accounting software.

7.Able to handle GST.

8.Overall cashflow management.

9.Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries.

Requirements:

1.Tertiary education in Accounting.

2.Prior experience in construction industry is strongly preffered.

3.Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline.

4.A good team player and able to multi-tasking.

5.Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates).

- Provides Marketing support to the Singapore Premier League (SPL), Centre of Excellence (COE) and Women's Teams, such as arranging for sponsor’s events and fans’ activities.

- Provides Media support to the SPL, COE and Women's Teams, such as arranging for coach's and player’s interviews, and answering media queries from both Japanese and Singapore journalists.

- Oversees all social media. He/She updates the Japanese and English language websites with any new information if necessary. All reviews/queries should be responded to.

- Upholds the brand of the Football Club. He/She also identifies areas that affect

branding.

- Oversees all club merchandise and prepares sales and marketing tools to maximise revenue for club merchandise

- Makes preparation for Match Day Operations, such as pre-match marketing materials and post-match reports and reviews.
