Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source suppliers for ingredients, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor stock usage, forecast needs, and minimize wastage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, receipts, and supplier agreements.
• Handle issues related to delivery delays, defective products, or vendor disputes.
• Stay updated on market trends and new product availability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers.

The Job:

We are seeking an Officer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, training, scheduling, and coordination of volunteers. Aside from impact tracking, he/she also helps to ensure the smooth operations of volunteer programmes including events to enhance engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the Programme Director and Volunteer Management team

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the volunteer database and programme activities including assignments, training sessions, and community partnerships.

· Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting and volunteer impact reporting.

· Manage volunteer database and records

· Support recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation and assignment of volunteers for streamlined operations.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting schedules for programme staff and volunteers.

· Support the planning and execution of volunteer appreciation events and related activities

· Manage programme-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

· Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

· Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or office management.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the nonprofit or legal sectors.

· Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with volunteers, staff and external stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management software.

· Familiarity with the legal profession and community organisations is a plus.
