- To maintain cleanliness and wipe down therapy equipment after each session.

- To prepare clients and therapy equipment before each therapy session.

- Able to teach simple exercises to patients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Good communication skills.

- Team player.

- Can Multi-task.

- Willing to work on Saturday.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant Educational Therapist to join our team. As an Assistant Educational Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents who face learning challenges and disabilities, providing individualised interventions to help them overcome academic obstacles and succeed in their educational pursuits. You will be collaborating with our principal diagnostician/assessors and parents to support the overall academic and emotional well-being of children and adolescents.

Individualised Intervention
Provide targeted interventions to address specific learning challenges, including reading, writing, math, and study skills.

Learning Disabilities Support
Work with students diagnosed with learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, ADHD, or executive functioning difficulties. Implement evidence-based strategies to improve academic performance and self-confidence.

Behavioral and Emotional Support
Address emotional and behavioral factors that may impact learning. Implement strategies to enhance self-regulation, motivation, and social-emotional skills.

Progress Monitoring
Regularly monitor and assess student progress through ongoing evaluations. Adjust intervention plans as needed based on student response and evolving needs.

Educational Advocacy
Advocate for students with learning challenges by promoting educational accommodations and resources. Stay informed about educational laws and policies related to students with learning disabilities.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Special Education, or a related field.
2. Experience working with students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
3. Strong understanding of various learning styles and academic interventions.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
