In this role, you will:

• Lead Your Team: Motivate, coach, and train your team members on the latest hair removal techniques, including waxing and sugaring.
• Be a Client Champion: Provide expert consultations, recommend the perfect treatment plans and products based on client needs, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Become a Hair Removal Guru: Confidently explain treatment procedures, advise on pre and post-treatment care, and troubleshoot any client concerns.
• Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff, ensuring a clean and organized salon space.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses experience in waxing or sugaring.
