Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute company’s in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine in consultation with the Editorial Board;
Prepare daily news to be sent out to crew on-board vessels;
Work with in-house Graphic Designer and Web Developer in maintaining company website and other publicity materials;
Prepare and assist the Communications team for various branding and/or media related report, memos and presentations;
Proofread various branding and/or media related reports, memos and presentations;
Assist in creating engagement campaigns;
Attend to communication-related requirements and queries of the Corporate Strategy Team; and
Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma Holder
Candidates with one to two years of similar experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Has excellent written and oral communication skills
