• Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
• Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
• Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
• Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position.
• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of companies (including listed companies)
• Arrange and prepare meetings and meeting papers
• Provide board, compliance and corporate governance support
• Liaise with stakeholders and advisers on corporate projects and matters
• File notification with ACRA
• Provide legal administrative support as and when required
• Any administrative and/or ad hoc duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Possess or pursuing ICSA qualification
• Well versed in corporate secretarial work for listed companies
• Meticulous, pleasant personality and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Team player able to work well with minimum supervision

• Accessing ERP system for cheques & vouchers issuance matters
• Perform checks on outstanding payments
• Handle claim payments of staff and workers
• Assist in keying workers' salaries through ERP system
• Reconcile cheque payment to system
• Record all copier machines rental, meter charges and dealing contract matter
• Liaise with related departments in regards to invoicing and payment matter of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
• Handle Sub-Contractors' amd Suppliers' enquiries of acccounts and payment related matter
• Issue backcharge invoices and perform deduction from monthly payment to Sub-Contractors
• Update filing and archiving of documents, data entry of GST record periodically
• Adjunct duties as given by Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
