JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.

-Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties

-Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.

-Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

-Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Preparation of sales invoices and ensure they are sent to client on a timely basis.
• Liaising with operations team to clarify any issues relating to invoicing.
• Monitoring and action of debtor ageing to ensure prompt settlement of issued invoices.
• Monitoring of WIP and accrued sales and liaising with operations team to ensure timely invoicing of unbilled revenues.
• Preparation of monthly progress claim report and working with operations team to accurately recognise monthly revenues
• Preparing for and taking part in debt & unbilled sales review during weekly operations meeting and / or as required.
• Ensuring that the sales ledger is being maintained accurately and reconciled.
• Preparation of accrued sales report for month end.
• Any additional duties assigned as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Executives specializing in AR Accounting
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable and responsible, shows attention to detail
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
• Educational Qualifications: Degree / Diploma In Accounting
• Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Develop, document, and implement robust internal control procedures to support accurate financial reporting.
• Handle advanced accounting functions, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Leverage QuickBooks and other financial systems to extract data and create meaningful financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements, leading or participating in their implementation.
• Partner with various departments to drive complex projects and continuous improvements beyond the accounting team's scope.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Sales, Technical, and other key stakeholders to ensure aligned financial practices.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, or suitable for graduate trainees with excellent potential.
• Expertise in advanced Excel functionalities, including data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards, GST, and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing for yearly audits and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
