Job Description

The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. As part of outreach efforts to reach these people in need, he/she will help to coordinate training sessions, engage, and work with CFL partners. He will ensure proper recording, updating and safekeeping of all training session materials, data, surveys, and information. He/she will support the admin, back-end and technical aspects of all training classes including all pre-session coordination support and post-session follow-up. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the F&B industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
• Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts cycle, including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate data entry in for all transactions.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
• Keep accounting records and bank statements
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Preparation of tax computation and tax planning
• Filling tax returns on time and updating the management about new changes in rules and regulations.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
• Review subsidiary accounts
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting
• Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow

Responsibilities :

· Supports an SME organisation by assisting in designing and implementing policies, planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and refining administrative and operational processes for various functions and projects across all departments – administration, accounting, sales, human resource, information technology, technical support, regulatory affairs and warehousing and logistics.

Job Duties :

· Develops and implements company-wide operational processes and procedures.

· Oversees compliance with internal procedures

· Provides regulatory support by collating data and information from product owners, communicating with regulatory authorities, administering licence/certificate applications and renewals.

Office Administration (Covering duties, when required)

1. Perform reception duties and attend to incoming calls, visitors

2. Handle incoming & outgoing mails, email enquiries & fax

3. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:
