Sales and Performance:
Support in setting and achieving sales targets for assigned stores.

Help ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all stores.
Assist in addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, completed within the last year.
Basic understanding of retail management and customer service principles.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret basic sales data and customer feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn retail management software.

Work Environment:
This role will be based in Singapore with regular visits to retail stores and event venues across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.

As a Management Trainee, your main goal will be to learn and master various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to operations management, human resources management, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. Through this training program, you will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare for future senior management positions.
