Undergraduate Management Associate (Traineeship/ Internship)
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate to join their team as an Undergraduate Management Associate (Traineeship/ Internship).
This role provides a comprehensive understanding & valuable hands-on experience across several key business functions to establish a solid foundation for a successful leadership career in:
• Management
• Banking & Finance
• Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs to gain insights into business processes, leadership strategies, and company culture.
2. Key Business Functions Experience/ Rotation: Rotate through different key business functions (e.g. marketing, HR, operations, recruitment, training, event planning,) to understand how each contributes to the overall success of the organization.
3. Projects & Events Management: Assist in projects and corporate events that helps to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Corporate Benefits Management: Work with HRs of SMEs to review and design the employee benefits programs for their companies. Design and plan the worksite events of our SME clients.
5. Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across multiple channels. Contribute to the design and rollout of strategies to secure top talent and enhance hiring practices.
6. Management and Leadership Development: Understand how to build and lead diverse teams, and how to foster collaboration through workshop, seminars, coaching and mentoring programs. Be trained and equipped with tools and frameworks for making effective decisions. Develop skills for setting long-term goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
7. Client Acquisition and relationship management: Effectively develop initial potential client leads provided by the company. Leverage on social media and content marketing. Regularly check in with leads and clients, nurturing relationships to keep your organization top-of-mind.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as business administration, management, finance, marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
