Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee for Food & Beverage (F&B). This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in hospitality management. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development in various aspects of F&B operations, including but not limited to, customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in training sessions to learn about F&B operations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Rotate through different departments within the F&B division to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
• Assist in ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations of the F&B outlets, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Learn and implement procedures for inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to coordinate activities and maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall F&B operations and guest experience.
• Adapt and apply feedback received from supervisors to enhance performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
