The Senior Director, Project Management and Business Operation is a leadership role, responsible for leading the Data Center development projects in the APAC region.

This role will work closely with the function leaders of various business units, including but not limited to Land Sourcing, Design Management, Construction Projects, Product Management, Corporate functions, etc.

The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes and optimizes day-to-day operational activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
• Leads efforts to develop and improve through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organizational resources.
• Directs operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets.
• Acts as the point of contact to obtain funding for APAC projects from parent companies in Japan.

• Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
• Ensures that operational activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and general duty of care.

You will play an important role as the enabler and integrator to drive the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, risk management program in public healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and continuously increasing cybersecurity maturity and capabilities through effective stakeholder management, active listening, and meeting business & policies requirements. You will apply existing solid working experience and knowledge of continuous improvement, governance, risk management and compliance.

• Be the integrator and additional lead point of contact for cyber security policies development, implementation and adherence while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders in public healthcare sector.

• Be the voice for the team from a cyber security perspective when evaluating stakeholders’ requirements, expectation, and interaction.

• Engage and drive alignment with both Synapxe and MOHH entities’ stakeholders including but not limited to CIOs, CISOs and other functional leaders.

• Facilitate roll out of consultation and roll-out on policies, risk management framework and assessment methodology.

• Support cybersecurity risk management program to instill cyber risk awareness culture within the public healthcare sector.

• Evaluate risk remediation priorities and provide risk opinion, advisories & recommendations.

• Lead the development and continuously improve on the Public Healthcare Cybersecurity Risk dashboard and key risk indicators for reporting.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and changes regulations.

• Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly integrate the policy adherence into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with over 10 years of experience.

• Recognized industry leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, CIPP, CIPT, CIPM and GIAC certifications.

• Experience in policy, standard and guideline implementation in cyber security and technology risk domain

• Solid technical writing and attention to details.

Job Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for carrying out TADM’s role of providing fair and expeditious resolution of salary and contractual employment claims between migrant workers and their employers through a holistic case management approach. This involves:

(i) Overseeing TADM Service Centre at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Service Centre (TADM@MOMSC), ensuring seamless end-to-end case management operations, from claims lodgement, mediation to payment monitoring;

(ii) Formulating and reviewing all operations concepts and work procedures at TADM@MOMSC to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant;

(iii) Developing strategies and measures to help migrant workers and their employers resolve salary disputes upstream without claims lodgement and avoid future disputes;

(iv) Facilitating MOM services for migrant workers where required, such as special pass issuance;

(v) Aligning operations of TADM@MOMSC with policy directions and strategic outcomes;

(vi) Establishing partnerships and collaborations on case management with internal and external stakeholders and partners, and representing TADM on migrant workers matters;
