Job Description:

-Work closely with PMO lead to support billing and procurement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in monitoring and controlling of HMIIHS’ financial processes and performance
2. Provide advice on all financial-related issues and propose solutions and/or interventions for the identified problem/performance gaps
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company/group accounting policies & procedures
4. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for month-end / year-end closing, preparation, and submission of monthly management accounts and group reporting package as per reporting timelines
5. Preparation of monthly rolling forecast reports and working with the management team in setting up reports that support strategic/operational decision-making
6. Participate in annual workplan, coordinate annual budgeting activities and forecasting exercises, preparation of budget paper as per timeline
7. Provide advice in financial requirements in preparation for new business proposal, costing, CAPEX preparation and capability development etc.
8. Board meetings coordination and preparation of Board meeting materials
9. Develop a deep understanding of business models and operations, design and apply appropriate accounting treatment in line with accounting standards and company/group accounting policies.
10. Work closely with management team / other departments to have a better understanding of HMIIHS operations, provide guidance, and educate management team / other departments in financial competency for operational efficiency and effective internal control
11. Liaise with external auditors, oversee & facilitate audit process for annual financial audit and ad-hoc grant audits, including preparation of financial statements
12. Liaise with tax agents and handle tax submissions
13. Liaise with external corporate secretarial for corporate secretarial matters and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and relevant statutory requirements.
14. Handle ad-hoc projects such as the implementation of new systems and roll out of new policies and procedures initiated from HMI Group
15. Manage, review, and guide the Executive of Accounts & Admin at HMIHS in her scope of work which includes but is not limited to:

• AR / AP / GL transaction postings
• Cash/bank accounts management and bank reconciliation
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission
• Maintenance of balance sheet schedules
• Monthly/quarterly intercompany reconciliations
• Submission of advancement and placement grant applications from government agencies and processing subsequent disbursement requirements
• Process claims for students on Workfare Training Support ("WTS") / SkillsFuture credit
• Support Accountant on initiatives to improve and streamline finance work flow
• Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or CA / CPA equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Proficient in relevant Financial Reporting Standards
• Self-driven, resourceful, and organized
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision, as required
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes

OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Planning function at HMI Medical plays a pivotal role in driving integration and synergies across key entities within the Group. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to significantly contribute to the integration of one of HMI Medical's entities. As a Corporate Planning Analyst, you will report to the Corporate Planning Senior Manager and assist in project management and execution of key integration workstreams. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and support in reporting to senior management on key integration initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of integration plans to achieve synergy targets and value realization for the respective entity.
• Assist in the project management and execution of integration plans/key integration projects for one of HMI Medical’s entities.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress of integration workstreams and related tasks/action items.
• Coordination with cross functional teams and manage internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration planning and project execution.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal/external discussion and reporting to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans specific to the entity’s integration efforts.
• Conduct relevant research and analysis to support the creation of management and Board materials related to integration activities.

One of our Senior Management is looking to recruit a Family / Personal driver. Duties include but are not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members (including young kids) to their respective activities.
2. Run errands and take care of the family's needs, with priority on child-caring responsibilities.
3. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure their upkeep, including cash cards, petrol, etc.
4. Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements; ensure safe driving at all times.
5. Perform any other duties as required, such as dispatch, coordinating family events, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and have driven family members, including younger kids
• Previous experience in handling younger kids is a must
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.
• Good driving record, and health conditions.
• Good work ethic - Patient, Honest, Responsible, and Punctual.
• Flexible in work hours as activation might be required.

Working Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am – 6.00pm (may be adjusted on a needs basis, to be mutually agreed by both sides).
• Overtime claim is applicable.
• The residential location is around Alexandra road. Not allowed to drive home the vehicle.
