Senior Project Manager (Account Management)
As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we develop our account management and operations across APAC. You’ll be working with our Business Director when managing and nurturing existing client accounts and relationships, ensuring our commercials are aligned, and building synergies between external clients, our embedded talent and internal business functions: Finance, Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR.
You’ll have trust and empowerment from the management team to move the needle. You’ll help to safeguard and support our business activities and profitability to drive sustainable growth. Role:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and encourage expansion of engagements as we grow our share of wallet within the existing client network.
- Own and project manage the end-to-end client needs, including outreach, proposals, presentations, negotiating deals, managing SOW alignments, budgets, and renewals, ongoing client CRM, account reviews, and navigating a vast variety of enquiries.
- Become the go-to person and a trusted advisor to our clients and partners with a strong focus on driving results and profitability while building relationships.
- Develop and own compelling proposals and pitch materials by project managing resources and timelines, case studies, and presentations.
- Display the passion and drive of a client portfolio owner, take accountability for obstacles and rectify those as appropriate.
- Provide intel to support the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including timely updates, reporting and actionable business insights.
- Support and own strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to business planning, financial and commercial control, client and internal operations.
- Act as a catalyst for customer service and operational excellence across the organisation as aligned with the clients’ and business requirements and priorities.
You:
- 8+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy or in-house team, well versed with account management, marketing, and strategic creative processes.
- Proven project management abilities with an eye for detail and creativity and experience with creative production processes.
- Strong in communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to clients and C-Suite.
- Create high-level presentations and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
- Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a start-up environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Eager to motivate and inspire with high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
