As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant, you will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs for the Data Centre. This role requires a proactive professional capable of analyzing risks, creating response strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational resilience in the face of potential disruptions.

What will you do?

• Implement and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and infrastructure services complying to BCM standards and best practices.
• Lead the support team members that are key to the successful delivery of the services.
• Manage change to service projects’ scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ business environment and challenges. Applies knowledge to address clients’ issues.
• Apply information gathering methods, tools and techniques, which are appropriate to the information required and sources available e.g. focus groups, structured interviews, design of questionnaires/surveys, observation, statistical analysis, etc.
• Observe and analyse information to identify trends and issues, identifies root causes to problems, employs structured approaches to generate ideas, evaluates and selects actions. Recommends courses of action that are supported by sound rationale, objective facts and research.
• Craft clear, well organised reports/messages/papers and bringing out the value to the customer.
• Manage customer relationship during the projects deliveries through strong governance and communications skills.
• Provide pre-sales support for Request For Proposals by sizing delivery cost, writing of proposals, customized response for bid questions and presentation on Service Projects Implementation to potential customers.
• Ensure that customer projects are completed to a high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintains Recovery Centre’s certifications and audits requirements.

Senior Project Manager (Account Management)

You’ll be working with our Business Director when managing and nurturing existing client accounts and relationships, ensuring our commercials are aligned, and building synergies between external clients, our embedded talent and internal business functions: Finance, Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR.

Role: 

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and encourage expansion of engagements as we grow our share of wallet within the existing client network.
• Own and project manage the end-to-end client needs, including outreach, proposals, presentations, negotiating deals, managing SOW alignments, budgets, and renewals, ongoing client CRM, account reviews, and navigating a vast variety of enquiries.

• Develop and own compelling proposals and pitch materials by project managing resources and timelines, case studies, and presentations.

• Support and own strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to business planning, financial and commercial control, client and internal operations.

You:

• 8+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy or in-house team, well versed with account management, marketing, and strategic creative processes.
• Proven project management abilities with an eye for detail and creativity and experience with creative production processes. 

• Strong in communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to clients and C-Suite.
• ​​Create high-level presentations and be comfortable presenting to senior management. 
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
• Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a start-up environment. 
• Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Eager to motivate and inspire with high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity. 

• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.

• Recruit volunteers through various channels, including participation in community events, social media campaigns and online platforms to attract new volunteers.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer recruitment and retention efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive orientation and training for volunteers to enable them to perform their duties effectively.
• Work closely with Senior Care Centres and Active Ageing team for volunteer deployment based on program needs, as well as volunteers’ preferences and availability.
• Monitor volunteer performance and gather feedback from volunteers, staff and stakeholders to improve volunteer engagement and volunteer management practices and processes.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with volunteers, staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain administrative tasks related to volunteer management, such as maintaining of accurate volunteer records, managing databases and handling relevant correspondence.
• Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and initiatives, including acknowledgements on social media.
• Coordinate and manage special assignments or projects involving volunteers, such as facilitating research studies, school projects or interviews with volunteers.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in volunteer management to enhance efficiency and volunteer satisfaction.

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Certifications in management, social services or related field would be advantageous.
